Fastest paths
- Inside the app: open Settings and use the support contact action for the fastest context-aware help path.
- On the web: visit shoofny.com, sign in if needed, then open Settings for account-related actions such as privacy, chat, and deletion.

Safety and moderation
- Urgent child safety concerns should be reported to [email protected].
- Use in-app report and block tools first when the issue involves a user profile, chat, or uploaded media.
- Moderation and safety-related records may be preserved where required for fraud prevention, abuse review, or legal compliance.
Store review context
- Account deletion is available inside the app from Settings and on the web at shoofny.com/info/account-deletion/.
- Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety information are available both inside the app and on the public website.
- If reviewers need help accessing a test flow, use this page together with the review notes in the store submission documents.
